We’ve switched to taking referrals via the phone during regular business hours. Accepting new clients to ages 5-18.
You will be given access to a patient portal to complete intake documents. It may take a few weeks for us to reach out and schedule you. We cannot take every client. If we do not think we could meet their needs or not an appropriate match for the treatment they are seeking, then we may recommend seeking another provider.
Please understand there are many families struggling to obtain care for their children’s mental health. If you need to reschedule a visit please let us know as early as possible, as there may be another family that could use that time. If you do not show for a visit and have not given 48 hours notice, there will be a missed visit fee. If you miss 3 visits in a 12 month period without advanced notice, we would need to end care and discharge. Missed visit without call may result in a discharge if we do not hear back from you in a timely manner.
If not seen for six months, or other duration recommended for follow up, medications cannot be continued without a face-to-face visit. While school, sports, and extra curriculars are important visits may overlap with those activities. During the school year it is impossible to have every visit scheduled for after school hours. Typically kids are seen monthly to every two to three months, so this should not interrupt their life. A medical excuse form will be provided.
