We’ve switched to taking referrals via the phone during regular business hours. Accepting new clients to ages 5-18.
Please understand there are many families struggling with their children’s mental health. If you need to reschedule a visit please let us know as early as possible, as there may be another family that could use that time. This is especially important for an in person visit or weekend visit. If you do not show for a visit there will be a missed visit fee. If you miss 3 visits in a 12 month period we may discharge. We make every effort to be flexible, with evening and weekend visits. Though sometimes a child may need to take time from school, sports, or work for a visit.
If you do not show to an intake without prior notice, we require a rescheduling fee to book again.
